Confusion and worse have surrounded the release date of 'Sahasam Swasaga Saagipo' for many days now. A day on which the makers of 'Premam' said that the release date is Sept 9, Gautham Menon took to Twitter moments later to say that 'SSS' will be released on that day! When Chaitu clarified that a release date can't be taken as final unless he has tweeted about it, it sparked off speculations, informed or otherwise, about the release date of 'SSS'.

It's learnt that Naga Chaitanya has requested Gautham Menon to defer the release till the first week of October. Since the makers of 'Premam' have been intent on releasing the movie in Sept, Menon has conceded Chai's request in good spirit. This is good as it's win-win for both. Since both the films belong to the same genre, it would make sense to space them accordingly, in the absence of which there will be an overdose of Chaitu. It could be counter-productive for one of the films. The decision of Menon keeps in mind the interest of both the films, says a source. Moreover, October first half being a holiday season thanks to Dasara, 'SSS' will surely invite the holiday crowd.
