'Vaisakham', directed by B Jaya and produced by BA Raju, is a family entertainer starring debutantes Harish and Avantika in lead roles. At an event held last night in a city hotel, Naga Chaitanya appreciated the movie's songs and trailer. Releasing certain promos, he wished the team all the best.

Chaitanya said, "First of all, I should thank BA Raju garu for the support he has been giving me and the Akkineni family towards publicity and release of our movies over the years. Coming to 'Vaisakham', the songs suggest that the film has got strong content. Congrats to Jaya garu for doing a film of this sort. The songs are visually great. Both music and cinematography are excellent. The production values too are spot-on. Looks wise, the lead pair are superb. I am happy that two newcomers are being introduced with 'Vaisakham'. New talent bode well for the industry as they bring refreshing content. The industry will progress. I am sure both Harish and Avantika have got a bright future".

He also added that if good content is offered to him, he will definitely do a film under RJ Cinemas.

B Jaya said, "When we see some heroes, they come across as the guy-next-door. But Naga Chaitanya comes across as our own family guy. We are glad that such a star has graced this event".

BA Raju said, "This is our film. Our media's movie. So, I am very happy to meet all of you here. I have known Chaitanya even before he became an actor. Besides being a good hero, he is also a good human being. We all know his stature. But he is friendly with one and all. He has made it to this event because of his affection towards us. He is of late delivering one hit after another. He is going to score another hit this August".

Harish said, "Naga Chaitanya garu feels like my brother whenever I see him on the screen. We are happy he is here today with us. Our film's teaser has crossed 3 Million views and it's very encouraging for newcomers like us. We are eagerly waiting for the movie's release".

Avantika said, "The songs and trailer have been getting tremendous response. I thank Raju garu and Jaya garu for giving me the opportunity to do this movie".

Comedian Bhadram said, "I have done 'Premam'. Even though Naga Chaitanya garu is a star kid, he is very down-to-earth. I have learnt a lot by observing him. The shoot of 'Vaisakham' was like a picnic".

'Vaisakham' will hit the screens in the second week of July.
