K Raghavendra Rao's next outing with Nagarjuna is going to be a devotional. The same was confirmed by none other than the actor himself moments earlier. KRR had been waiting for Nagarjuna to complete Oopiri before taking the plunge.

The devotional film will tell the saga of Baba Haathi Ram ji, a legendary devotee of Lord Venkateswara of Tirumala. Legend has it that when this devotee, previously known by some other name, was in danger, the Lord himself came down to his rescue in the form of an elephant. Thus the name 'Haathi' for the Baba.

The film will surely to be awaited because of the Lord Venkateswara connection. The last time Nag and KRR did Annamayya, it was a masterpiece for a generation to savour. It turned out to be an insuperable masterpiece! Will they repeat the magic? Wait and watch.
