Versatile actor Ananthnag and yesteryears heartthrob Bharathi Vishnuvardhana are again as couple on screen for 'Kallarali Hoovagi'. Their last film 'Preethi Prema Pranaya' was a super hit especially because of the performance they did for the old songs of Kannada films.

In 'Kallarali Hoovagi' directed by T.S.Nagabharana the role Ananthnag is playing is that of a doctor of the kingdom during the days of 'Madakari Nayaka' ruler. Recalling his role Ananthnag says he gives a treatment to the Muslim girl and with this girl his son - Vijaya Raghavendra fall in love. The story written by B.L.Venu has very good stuff. The element of love is added by director Nagabharana to make this film romantic.
