Kamal Haasan lauds 'RRR' team on winning the Golden Globe Award

S.S Rajamouli's 'RRR' released worldwide on March 25th this year in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi languages. The period fantasy action drama received rave reviews both in India and globally and has also been recieving several interntional awards.
The 'Naatu Naatu' song from 'RRR' has won the Best Original Song Golden Globe Award held in Los Angeles. M.M. Keeravani who tuned the song received the award. The song was written by Chandrabose and sung by Rahul Sipligunj and Kaala Bhairava while Prem Rakshith choreographed it. The film was also nominated for Best Non English Film category however lost to 'Argentina 1985' from Argentina.
Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan congratulated the win writing in Tamil "India continues to gain worldwide acclaim. MM Keeravani has won the Golden Globe Award for the song 'Nattu Nathu' from RRR directed by SS Rajamouli. This song has already crossed 11 crore views on YouTube. Congratulations."
'RRR' stars Junior NTR and Ram Charan in the lead roles with Ajay Devgn, Alia Bhatt, Olivia Morris, Prakash Raj, Samuthirakani and others in other important characters. The film grossed more than INR 1200 Crores at the global box office and is a contender at the Academy Awards to be held later this year.
