'Naanga' - Selva's 25th film

Director Selva who has introduced several new talents in the industry including Thala Ajith through ‘Amaravathi’ is now introducing five star kids through ‘Naanga’ that released today. The film also marks his 25th directorial project in cinema.

The team is promoting the film in a full spree and they will soon head on a road trip throughout TN.

“I have star kids as my heroes in Naanga, Adityan’s son Nivas, director Santhanabarathi’s son Sanjay Krishna, Vasu Rao’s son Muneesh, Gurusami’s son Vinoth, Chandrashekar’s son Udhay, Mano’s son as the villain and Swaminathan’s son Ashwin Raja as the comedian”, says the director while speaking to a media house.

The director has also roped in Kasthuri who wowed audience in Kamal’s ‘Indian’ for a pivotal role and five other newbies as his heroines. ‘Naanga’ is a period cum contemporary film that moves from 1985 to the present scenario and is about five friends.
