Selvaraghavan who has a cult fan following for more than two decades has delivered memorable movies such as 'Kadhal Kondein', '7G Rainbow Colony', 'Pudhupettai', 'Aayirathil Oruvan' and 'Mayakkan Enna'.
He recently made his debut as an actor in 'Saani Kaayidham' directed by Arun Matheshwaran and costarring Keerthy Suresh. Even before the release of the film he was flooded with offers and accepted Thalapathy Vijay's 'Beast', Mohan G's new film and another film starrring Aishwarya Rajesh in the lead.
On March 5th Selvaraghavan celebrated his 45th birthday and producer Kalaipuli S Thanu wished him on Twitter by sharing a new poster of their upcoming 'Naane Varuven'. In the poster along with Dhanush, Selva is also seen in a rugged getup and Thanu wrote in Tamil " Wishing that Selvaraghavan who touched the peak as a director would do the same as an actor".
The ace filmmaker has responded "Thank you so much sir ! So Grateful
I'm at my teams disposal ! Their wish was for me to be in #NaaneVaruven . And their wish is my command."
Fans of the accomplished siblings are elated by this update as 'Naane Varuven' already has Dhanush in dual roles and now Selva as the antagonist has upped the ante much higher. The film has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja and Indhuja Ravichandran plays the female lead.
Thank you so much sir ! So Grateful
