Can you believe that for a movie's shoot, over 500 sanyasins were taken on a train?

Yes, director Bala has taken by Varanasi Express, over 500 sanyasins and beggars to Varanasi.

This is for his movie Naan Kadavul.

Beginning 3 December, Bala would commence shooting for Naan Kadavul at Varanasi.

Arya plays a young sanyasin in the movie. Azhagam Thamizhmani, Secretary, Tamil Film Producers Council, plays his father. Bhavana plays a visually challenged person in the movie.

Initially it was rumoured that Bala had axed Arya from the movie and launched a search for a fresh face.

Bala has put an end to all speculations by going to Varanasi for the movie's shoot.

Speaking from Varanasi, Bala confirmed that shooting would commence on 3 December and till then, the search for locations would go on. A major portion of the movie would be shot there and the rest in Thenkasi in Tamil Nadu.

Naan Kadavul will hit the screens late next year.
