Director Rajamouli had visited China recently, for a film festival. And the trip turned out to be a pleasant surprise. 'Eega' (Telugu; Tamil: 'Naan Ee') was screened at the international film festival, and reportedly garnered amazing audience. The happy director returned home and tweeted "This trip to China reconfirmed my belief that people might be of different race, culture and language, but their emotions remain the same.

It was a great feeling to see the theatre playing Eega and the reactions of the audience were exactly the same as they were at home." And that's not all for, the movie is likely to be dubbed into Chinese as 'Kung Fu Housefly'. Rajamouli, who is striking the right chords, had tweeted on this too. "We might release the dubbed version in China by year end. They temporarily named the film as ‘kungfu housefly’..:)” [Sic]. Indian cinemas are certainly going a long way.
