A few days after Vadivelu tested positive for Covid-19, director Suraj has also contracted the virus. The two recently returned from London after completing the pre-production work of their upcoming film, Naai Sekar Returns.

Actor Vadivelu returned to Chennai from London earlier this week. Three days ago, it was reported that he had contracted the novel coronavirus. He was admitted to Sri Ramachandra Medical Centre in Porur, Chennai.

Now, director Suraj has tested positive for the virus. He has also been admitted to a private hospital for treatment. The rest of the Naai Sekar Returns crew have isolated themselves at their residence. Reportedly, Vadivelu and Suraj are getting treatment at a private hospital in Chennai.

Naai Sekar Returns marks the comeback of actor and legendary comedian Vadivelu. The film has music composed by Santhosh Narayanan. More details regarding the cast and crew will be announced in the coming months.
