Mythological twist in Lanka

  • IndiaGlitz, [Monday,October 26 2009]

It is not new for our writers to come up with parodies and quirky tales based on epics and mythologies. The latest in the offering is Nithin-Hansika starrer Seetharamula Kalyanam.. Lankalo.

Releasing in the first week of December, the Eshwar-directed film has almost completed its shoot except for two songs which will be canned in Europe in the coming days. Made on the banner of Welfare Creations, the film has story by Vikram Raj.

Looks like the film will score more on the virtue of its curious storyline. Corroborating the same, the director said in a recently-held press meet that why our 'Ram' is going to do in Lanka, forms the crux of the story.

Hopefully, the film will be a huge comedy fare thanks to the presence of Brahmanandam, Ali, Venu Madhav, M S Narayana etc.
