After leaving the last project Thupparivalan 2 due to some issues, The thoughtful director is on to his next project, the sequel of the super hit Pisaasu starring Andrea Jeremiah one of the leading actresses in the industry.

The movie team teased the audience with a conceptual poster during the time of the film announcement. The first look poster was released in December 2020, in which Andrea can be seen in an Anglo-Indian getup. The actress later revealed that Mysskin designed her look in Pisaasu 2 based on an old photograph of her grandmother.

Today, sources revealed that actor Atharvaa will play the male lead in Pisaasu 2. However, we have to wait for an official word on this. Pisaasu 2 will mark the re-entry of good-old music director Karthik Raja, elder son of legendary Ilayaraja and brother of the sensation Yuvan Shankar Raja.
