Produced by Eros International, Kadaisi Vivasayi stars 85-year-old farmer Nallandi in the lead role with Vijay Sethupathi and Yogi Babu in pivotal roles. The music for the movie is composed by Santhosh Narayanan along with Richard Harvey. Now, Tamil cinema's renowned director Mysskin has watched the film and heaped praise on it through a video on his social media channel.
In a video that has surfaced on the internet, Mysskin speaks about the film while driving his car. The genius filmmaker said that people should celebrate this 'Kadaisi Vivasayi' & Manikandan and if audiences do not celebrate this film, it means that there is no spiritual character that is left in human minds. He stated that this movie teaches about life and he will make his daughter watch it.
Mysskin added that he found the film very relatable and it is a very simple yet impactful movie. He also said that 'Kadaisi Vivasayi' is the best film of all time in Tamil cinema and better than any of his films. The maker continued to say that we should pass on this movie to the next generation and called it the nation's one of the best films.
Mysskin stated that many bad movies have been celebrated in the past but this movie should be really praised. He also talked that many praise him that he is a great filmmaker when it comes to visuals, but he alleged that Manikandan has surpassed him in taking ‘Kadaisi Vivasayi’ visually well and that he enjoyed every single scene.
Mysskin has also praised the musical score in Kadaisi Vivasayi and added that the movie has enough potential to stand tall even without Ilayaraja's music. This video is currently going viral on social networking websites. Sharing the video on his Twitter page, he wrote, "I am pouring my heart out. #kadaisivivasayi #vijaysethupathi #tamilcinema (sic)."
