Sixteen-year-old actress Mya-Lecia Naylor has starred on the popular CBBC children's series, 'Millie InBetween' and 'Almost Never' apart from playing a key character in 'Cloud Atlas' starring Tom Hanks and Halle Berry. On April 7th emergency services rushed to her South London home to find that she had hanged herself and a few hours later was pronounced dead at the Croydon University Hospital

Five months after the tragedy the coroners report has concluded that Mya-Lecia Naylor's death was more a misadventure than suicide and that she did not mean to kill herself but ended up doing just that. The school going teen's father Martin Naylor stated at the coroner' court "She had not been her normal self...She was stressed about her exams…I honestly believe she was just making some sort of point. I genuinely believe she did not mean to do it. It was a silly spur of the moment think. She clearly had plans for the future."
