The proud mother of challenging star Darshan and Dinakar Toogudeepa – Meena Toogudeepa Srinivas has firmly said that she is a Congress Party member and not give up the party under any circumstances.

Meena Toogudeepa Srinivas, wife of veteran actor Toogudeepa Srinivas was speaking to a few journalists at the launch of her second son Dinakar Toogudeepa directorial venture Lifu Jothe Ondu Selfi` that has Manasa Dinakar his daughter in law story.

I was not given right attention for long stay in Congress I. I don`t worry for it and remain a Congress follower says Meena Toogudeepa. The reason behind Meena Toogudeepa Srinivas observations was the gossip news that challenging star Darshan is joining politics.

It is not right time for Darshan enter politics, she does not want him to enter for coming 10 years. He has enough of films to complete. We believed in cinema and living from cinema. I do want my son to enter to politics and I don`t have any binding of any party as such says Meena Toogudeepa Srinivas. Today`s youngsters are intelligent; they know what they want precisely. In our days we had to obey the elders because of lack of knowledge. The days have changed. All change should be for good says Meena Toogudeepa Srinivas.
