'Kaththi' which released on Diwali last year celebrated its 100th day yesterday. The movie directed by AR Murugadoss and starring Vijay, Samantha and Neil Nitin Mukhesh raced itself into the illustrious 100 crore club in no time.

'Kaththi' not only ended up being one of the biggest blockbusters of all time, but was also hailed for its performances and dialogues overall. Likewise, fans everywhere took to their respective social networking pages to show their love and support for the movie by trending #KATHTHIHitsCentury. The hashtag text went viral within seconds and many kept joining in on the growing momentum.

In addition, the film's cast and crew too expressed their gratitude towards the fans for showing such love towards the film. Vijay too tweeted on his micro-blogging page saying, "Thank u for making Kaththi a blockbuster hit. 'Thank u' is a very small word for all the love you have showered on me. You are the biggest asset that I have earned in all these years."
