Puri Jagannadh often finds himself in the midst of gossip. In 2017, he was constantly in the news when the Telangana Police formed an SIT to investigate the biggest drugs scandal in Hyderabad. He and Charmme, his Puri Connects partner, were questioned for many hours on two different days. On other occasions, too, there have been several rumours.
