The pre-release event of 'Vinaya Vidheya Rama' was held on Thursday evening.  Ram Charan spoke at length.  

"One sees in KTR garu the determination to serve the people.  I congratulate you on the stunning victory recently," he began saying about the event's chief guest.  

"We are what we are because of fans.  Boyapati garu is a director who can make even a lie look like a reality.  He has been determined to tell a great story for Mega fans.  He worked on the script for 4 years.  It's on the sets of his film that you find utmost discipline.  My wish is that every hero gets to work with him at least once.  Ayanatho pani chesthe aa kick eh verabba.  When I watch myself on the monitor, I see a different me thanks to him.  My family members easily say that I have met him whenever I am energetic," Mega Power Star said.

He thanked DSP for giving "amazing music".  Cherry described Kiara Advani as a beautiful dancer.  

"This is an out-and-out beautiful commercial film; I grew up watching Nanna garu's mass films like 'Khaidi' and 'Gang Leader'.  He tried 'Abhilasha', 'Mantrigari Vinayankudu' and others - films of all genres.  'VVR' is a true festival film that you can watch with your entire film," Cherry added.

Referring to the Jana Sena symbol of 'Glass Tumbler', Cherry said, "These days people have stopped drinking fruit juice.  They are drinking only tea.  I wholeheartedly believe that the tea glass will create a big change.  Babai (Pawan Kalyan) is waging a war for people.  He is visiting all towns.  I am moved by his hard work.  We in the family are proud of him."
