The real life father and daughter romance on screen that created lot ripples has hit the screen with no proper cinema grammar in the making. The role of professor Rao is hopeless and student Pallavi deserved to be better. The costume which she has to wear when she is moving with her boy friend wears when she is moving with the professor. Is this not purposeful or camera angles are like that?

However the bold attempt of showing the real life father BP Srinivas as Manjunatha Rao a professor in the college falling in love with real life daughter Sahlini who is Pallavi in the film a student in `Mussanjeya Gelathi' can boast of good dialogues, lovely songs, rich production values and good cinematography.

The most wanted change needed for professor role played by producer and director BP Srinivas and Shalini who is impressive and hard working should have slashed her obesity.

To get attraction of Charan (Gaurav) Pallavi (Shalini) pretends with the professor as she loves him. This is where the professor Manjunatha Rao goes wrong in his thinking. He moves very closely with Pallavi that leads to various complications. Already bit in love in the early days the professor Manjuantha Rao takes this one seriously. He has to pay the penalty when Pallavi announce her engagement to Charan.

Shalini in her debut has acted without any fear. Her obesity has come as a bane. BP Srinivas has good ideas to direct and put the things in right perspectives. He should stop acting. Ganashri is very attractive. Gaurav in the debut is OK.

The song line Thutiya Anchalli Nintha Mathondu Kannanchali Jaari Hoythu..is very well written. Neel has done a good job in two other songs. Cinematography by Satish is above average.

This is a good attempt but presented poorly!

Scoring 5/10
