'Mussanje Gelathi' on controversial crush

The father and daughter in real life BP Srinivas and Shalini are playing different roles in reel life. In the Kannada film 'Mussanje Gelathi', father Srinivas is playing the professor of a college and the daughter a student. What is further more interesting is that the professor falls in love with his student! It is a mistake that the professor makes which he eventually realizes and goes back to the right track.

However, for the first time on Kannada screen the real life father and daughter are doing such a role. Shivasamaya and Chukki handle the screenplay of the story written by actor, producer and director B.P.Srinivas. Producer Srinivas is making this film for the satisfaction of his daughter Shalini who is studying in II PUC in real life. Gaurav a small screen actor is the young hero in 'Mussanje Gelathi'.

The film 'Mussanje Gelathi' has completed the shooting of talkie portions in the locales of Karishma Hills, Abbe Falls, Mandhala Patti, KM Cariappa College, Herur Holai and Madikeri. Two songs are yet to be canned. Navanitha Srinivas, Ganasri, Maina Chandru, Jadhav, Suma Rao, Vanishri are in the supporting cast.

Chukki alias Sushma Bharadwaj, a final year engineering student who's already into small screen in various roles will be writing dialogues for this film. She will be another new entrant to big screen among the list.
