Actor and musician Premji Gangai Amaran is a busy bee these days shuttling between studios and his recording theatre. His songs in Adhae Neram Adhae Idam, which stars Jay and Vijayalakshmi, has won rave reviews from the industry men. Let's catch up with Premji, who spills the bean on his musical venture and of course acting endeavours.
'In Adhae Neram Adhae Idam, I have not tried anything new or different. It is a romantic story and I have composed the songs to suit the mood of the film. I am elated that the songs have become very popular'. Premji, who feels that music should flow freely, is gearing up to do the lead role in his brother's (Venkat Prabhu's) forthcoming flick titled Goa. He says, 'it is about friendship and fun.' On his musical commitments, Premji says, 'I am composing music for Pookadai Ravi in Tamil followed by a Telugu movie titled Speed.'
