After he made a mighty comeback with Ram-Illeana starrer Devadasu, Y V S Chowdary made the box office dud Okka Mogadu. After his January 2008 super-flop, the director has not made any other film.

This time if Ileana is working with the famous filmmaker for the second time, it is the first time that Manchu Vishnu is being directed by YVS.

What is unique about this film is that it has been made with good technical standards to ensure that it proves a big comeback for both Vishnu and Chowdary. That is the reason, talented technicians like Sandeep Chowtha (Music) have been chosen as the team.

As the title is immediately likeable to the mass audience, it seems that Salim, produced by Mohan Babu on Sri Lakshmi Prasanna Pictures, will win at the BO. Importantly, the Padma Shree awardee, veteran Mohan Babu is playing a role in the film.

When the audio releases finally on Nov 11 at Shilpa Kalavedika, the film's music will be eagerly listened if Sandeep Chowtha scored in his distinct style.
