Music launch of 'Gayathri IPS' on March 9

The audio of Mumaith Khan starrer 'Gayatri IPS' will be released on tomorrow, March 9, in Chennai. The minister for Electricity and Rural Industries Arcot Veerasamy will grace the function. The president of the Producer Council Mr. Rama Narayanan will also be present for the function, and so will be actress Sneha.

Sea Records is releasing the music of ‘Gayatri IPS’ and has made a record of sorts selling the cassettes and CDs and at jaw-dropping rates of just 19.99 and 14.99 respectively.

The audio CD of the film in Telugu ('Missamma IPS') was sold for just Rs. 10/- and the total sales of CDs crossed 3.5 lakhs. Lets us hope that the cassettes and CDs make similar sales in Tamil too.

‘Gayatri IPS’, written by Dasari Nararayana Rao and directed by Bharath, has six songs set to tunes by Srilekha. Ganga, Malathy, Suchitra, Sujith, Achu, Prabhakar, and Sri Lekha have rendered the songs. The lyrics have been penned by Piraisoodan.
