Music director Harris Jayaraj celebrates his 41st Birthday today.

Harris-as he is fondly referred to by fans and industry colleagues- entered film industry as a music composer with the chartbuster music album for 'Minnale.' and he remains one of the top commanders of Kollywood music space till date.

Over the years Harris has dominated the Tamil film music industry with a number of chartbuster albums and the long list includes equal number of big ticket films and the films of not so popular players. He has carved a niche for himself as a music director who can fit in to any kind of films.

Harris is the regular composer of directors K.V.Anand and the most preferred composer of top directors like A.R.Murugadoss and Gautham Menon, He proved himself to be the fitting replacement for A.R.Rahman in director Shankar's 'Anniyan'.

In 2015 Harris composed music for Ajith starrer 'Yennai Arindhaal', Dhanush's 'Aneghan' and Udhyanidhi's 'Nanbenda' and 'Gethu'. In 2016 he has Suriya's 'S3', yet to be titled Vikram-Anand Shankar project and A.R.Murugadoss's bilingual film with Tollywood superstar Mahesh Babu. Do we need anything else to say that Harris is equally popular in Tollywood as he is in Tamil?.

We can be confident that the coming years will make Harris more and more busier and he will win more awards and much wider recognition.
