Devi Sri Prasad joins hands with Isai Gnani Ilayaraja for the first time! - Deets

Isai Gnani Ilayaraja is the greatest music director in the history of Indian cinema. Currently, he is busy composing scores for several films and performing for the audience in musical concerts. His upcoming show, 'Rock with Raaja', is set to happen on March 18 in Island Grounds, Chennai.

Ticket sales for the live event are also said to be booming. Fans are cloud nine to witness the maestro performing live as it has been a while since he performed live in front of the Chennai crowd. Famous composers and many renowned playback singers are said to be joining Ilayaraja in the concert.

Today, Devi Sri Prasad, one of the south Indian cinema's leading composers, took to his Twitter page to share the happy news that he will team with Isai Gnani in this concert as a singer. DSP wrote, "DREAM comes TRUE A Magical Opportunity & a Divine Invite to Sing a Song in MAESTRO ISAIGNANI @ilaiyaraaja SIR’s CONCERT along with the RAJA himself. Sharing the Stage with my GOD OF MUSIC MARCH 18th 2022 ISLAND GROUNDS CHENNAI.. Be there.. Lets #RockWithRaaja" (sic).

Tamil cinema's popular faces will take part in the concert as the singers. The hoard of singers with Ilayaraja comprises Gangai Amaran, Karthik Raja, Yuvan Shankar Raja, Mano, SP Charan, Usha Uthup, Shwetha Mohan, Karthik, Devi Sri Prasad, Harish Ragavendra, Venkat Prabhu, Premgi Amaren, Sailaja, Bhavatharini and others.
