Music director Achu Rajamani, whose song "Chinnanchiru Kiliye" from the upcoming movie Velvet Nagaram starring Varalaxmi Sarathkumar was released recently, made a frustrated, emotional tweet as the song did not receive the expected response. Achu has scored music for many movies like Ennai Theriyuma, Goli Soda 2, Urumeen etc.

The song Chinannchiru Kiliye was released on March 25, and with the ongoing IPL season playing spoilsport, the song wasn't received well, and following this, Achu had made an emotional tweet. He had tweeted "It really doesn't matter even if you try to make a fresh song and give something new to our audience. If the song doesn't reach I don't know if I am at fault. Perhaps only big ticket films get the attention I guess."

His tweet further read, "People like us will always be treated as underdogs and underrated. I thank each and every composer who tweeted hearing the track. I've never opened up like this in my entire career but I think it's about time. Those who know my music and those who know who I am will tell you how isolated and how off the radar I am. It does hurt when your work doesn't get the recognition it deserves. But this won't stop me, this is only going to motivate me. I've given my best and I'll continue that momentum. End of Story."
