'Murder' is the latest trailer from the Ram Gopal Varma stable. This Anand Chandra directorial tells the story of the caste killing of Pranay, the husband of Amrutha Varshini, in Telangana's Miriyalaguda. The incident happened in 2018 and Amrutha has been living with her late husband's parents. Maruthi Rao was found dead earlier this year. The inter-caste angle to the murder is well-known.

Essaying the father's role is the 'Brochevarevarura' actor Srikant Iyengar, while newcomer Sahithi plays his daughter. Typically told like an RGV film, the trailer comes with no dialogues. The dark frames, the tense moments, etc. are familiar.

With music by DSR, the web film has cinematography by Jagdeesh Cheekati. Edited by Srikanth Patnaik R, the drama is produced by Nattis Entertainments and Kwity Entertainments.
