In the 80 plus years of Kannada cinema history there are parts of the epic the Mahabharata made as Babruvahana` that was a mega hit film from KCN banner.

A film titled Munirathnam Kurukshetra` is flagged off on last Sunday and producer Munirathna has seen something special of the epic from the point of view of Duryodhana. Introducing a few of the technical team members King Solomon as stunt director J Vincent as cameraman, GK Bharavi as dialogue and screenplay writer, Jayasri Devi as production designer, Naganna as captain of the film, Joni Harsha as editor, Danish Akthar Saifi as Bheema` character, producer Munirathna stated that he has scores of Kannada heroes in this film and could not get a few because of dates problem. Had I planned this film two years, it would have been possible to fetch a few more actors he mentioned on his most cherished project Munirathna Kurukshetra`.

I am coming back to cinema after five years. I would give a competition to other langue films. This is purely in Kannada and it may get dubbed to other languages he stated.

At the media meet director Naganna stated that it is Industry cinema. He wish to do the work and then speak. It is one schedule film in Start to Finish` system he pointed.
