Actor Thavakkalai passed away

Actor Thavakkalai (42) who has acted in many super hit Tamil films of the 1980s and 1990s has passed away due to a massive heart attack, at around 11 am today (February 26, 2017).

Thavakkalai .has acted in 496 films in six Indian languages including Tamil, To name a few among the most memorable roles he has enacted on screenis that of a notorious primary school student in K.Bhagyaraj's 'Mundanai Mudichu' and as Janakaraj's son in Pandiyarajan's classic rural romantic comedy 'Aan Paavam'.

The mortal remains of the deceased actor has been kept at his residence at Vadapalani, Chennai and the funeral would happen tomorrow at around 9 am.

Thavakkalai is survived by wife Mani.
