Raj Kundra earned millions illegally through selling porn videos: Police in official statement

In a supplementary charge-sheet filed in a court on Wednesday, the Mumbai Police reportedly claimed that businessman Raj Kundra was the main facilitator in the pornography videos case and that he and the other accused men earned millions through exploiting women struggling in the cine industry.
As per reports, the charge-sheet also names Singapore-based Yash Thakur and London-based Pardeep Bakshi as wanted accused. The police mentioned that these men exploited financially weak young women struggling in the entertainment industry and made obscene movies with them, which were then uploaded on mobile applications and websites.
These videos were sold through subscriptions and Kundra illegally earned millions from them, said the charge-sheet. Women victims were cheated - they were either given nominal compensation or paid nothing at times, their statement reportedly read. The charge-sheet further claimed, A lot of evidences against Kundra came to light after technical analysis, witnesses' statements and from documents confiscated from his office.
The police stated that Raj Kundra and his associates deleted WhatsApp conversations and e-mails containing evidence from their electronic devices. Raj Kundra, who was arrested by the Mumbai crime branch on July 19, has been booked under IPC sections related to sexual harassment and cheating, as well provisions of the Information Technology Act and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act.
