Will the Court stop CSK from playing in Pune?

The Chennai Super Kings playing after a two year ban in this years IPL were forced to move to Pune due to the widespread protests in Tamil Nadu for the Cauvery Management Board.  In Pune though the team is facing another legal hassle as the Mumbai High Court has questioned the Maharashtra government's decision to allot the ground.

The Mumbai High Court has asked the Maharashtra government how it would provide the massive water facility needed for the cricket stadium when the city is reeling under severe water scarcity and people themselves have very little water to use for their essential needs.  CSK fans are downcast that trouble seems to be following their favorite team doggedly even though their on field performance is great with two wins in two matches.
