Even as Ajith has started working on a multi-starrer paving way for a healthy trend in Tamil cinema, Arya has batted in favour of the concept saying he is a big supporter of films having more than one stars.

“Right from my first movie Ullam Ketkume, I have been acting in multi-starrers like Arindhum Ariyamalum, Pattiyal and Avan Ivan. I have no problems in sharing the screen space with other big actors,” he said.

Saying that he had floated his own production house ‘The Show People’ only to make some quality movies, Arya added: “Bollywood is flooded with multi-starrers which is very good for the industry. Similar trend should come here.”

On his forthcoming ventures ‘Madrasapattinam’ and ‘Chikku Bhukku’, he says, “Directed by Vijay, ‘Madrasapattinam’ is a film with substance. ‘Chikku Bhukku’, directed by Manikandan, is a contemporary racy entertainer.”
