Popular film and television actress Mukti Mohan, youngest of the three Mohan sisters (Shakti Mohan and Neeti Mohan being her elder sisters) is now essaying the lead role in a web series and says she finds it interesting.

The actress, who had featured in many dance reality shows, has of late been seen more in web series. “I play a DJ who seeks job in Mumbai after landing up in the metropolis from Goa,” she says and adds that the series has an interesting storyline.

The 30-year old Delhi-born Mukti, who possesses an enviable hourglass figure, was educated in Birla Balika Vidyapeeth in Rajasthan. “Acting was in my instincts, I presume,” she says with a smile. “I had been acting right from my school days; naturally, I had a passion for dancing. During my college days, I was known more for my dancing than for acting,” she reveals.

Though she wasn’t fully in favour of starring in the web-series, she got convinced after hearing out the script. “Authors of Inmates tried hard to make me understand the content after which I decided to take up the offer,” says Mukti adding that she finds ‘solace’ in her new avatar.
