The divorce proceedings of Mukesh and Saritha is progressing and a joint counselling session was held for the duo at the Ernakulam family court. Saritha collapsed in the court premises soon after.

In the press conference following the counselling, Saritha alleged that the court was reluctant to hear her part of the story and that Mukesh misbehaved with her. Though Mukesh refused to comment on the allegations, his lawyer commented that it was baseless.

Mukesh had married dansuese Meythil Devika recently, following which Saritha had filed a complaint that he was not legally divorced from her. However Mukesh had provided proof concerning the divorce and Saritha had filed another petition about not being intimated about the divorce, the proceeds of which are being heard now.
