Comedian Pugazh who rose to fame after being part of the famous cookery show Cooku with Comali telecasted on Vijay television has landed a lead role in the upcoming film Mr Zoo Keeper directed by J Suresh.

We all know that Pugazh is the king of acting in the CWC show. Seems like director Suresh was also impressed by his skill. He took to his official Twitter to praise his acting skills and wrote, "As a director, I feel that the actor "Pugazh" is a "born artist" and he can handle any character naturally. I feel proud to call him "My brother".

Mr Zoo keeper is set on a unique storyline, and the film will not have any female lead. The story of the film is reportedly about a ZooKeeper and his connection with animals and birds staying in the Zoo.

Pugazh made his movie debut in 2019 through the film Sixer. He went on to star in many uncredited roles before making a cameo on Ajith starter Valimai. He also acted in Ashwin's debut film Enna Solla Pogiraibefore landing in Suriya's Etharkkum Thunindhavan.
