'Mr. Majnu' Trailer Review: Commitment phobia vs True love

In 'Mr. Majnu', Akhil Akkineni plays a cowboy. This much was clear with the pre-Teaser and Teaser videos. The much-stalked heroine (Nidhhi Agerwal) in the Teaser now becomes a girl longing for the guy.
For one, our hero has commitment phobia. He changes girlfriends like hell. For another, he is not entirely abnormal. "If someone cries because of me, it would be my mistake," he says, as if it's some favour that he is doing.
The girl is kept waiting and waiting. Perhaps, she doesn't know something called no-strings-attached relationships exist. The story's raison d'etre is clearly the hero's characterization, not the plot or some twist (on the face of it). Also, does the movie somewhere have shades of Ram Charan's 'Orange'?
Rao Ramesh, Naga Babu, Jayaprakash and Pavithra get to make it a family movie, too.
Director Venky Atluri returns with visuals that explore wide roads, expansive backdrops and modern cities (shot in London). Technical departments (George C Williams is the cinematographer and music by SS Thaman) should help the movie.
Priyadarshi and Hyper Adhi are two of the comedians who are part of the cast. Naveen Nooli is the editor. Avinash Kolla is the art director. Choreography is by Sekhar. Additional story and chief associate direction are by Satish Chandra.
