Remember Taapsee Pannu's role in 'Neevevaro'? She cheats one man after another rich man, promises to marry him, and then pretends to be in trouble. Her lover blindly trusts her, gives her lakhs of rupees, with which Taapsee flees away and starts executing similar plan with the next 'bakra'.

Something similar has happened in Andhra Pradesh. Mounika, a 32-year-old woman, has cheated six men by marrying them and running away with gold and other valuables. This incident has come to light in Kadapa when her latest victim, named Bhumireddy Ramakrishna Reddy, complained to the police.

The police have discovered that Mounika and a few men have defrauded six men in the past from towns like Giddaluru, Markapuram and Vijayawada. Guess who has been helping her? Her father Anantha Reddy, among two other men.

She would befriend rich men, marry them, stay at in-laws' house, and one fine day, run away with gold, money and anything. Motive? To lead a luxurious life.
