Vendhar Movies, a part of the SRM group have distributed mega projects like Aravaan`, Lingaa`, Pandya Naadu`, Paayum Puli` etc. and also produced a few films. The production house is headed by Madhan who has shocked the industry by writing a suicide note and disappearing in Kasi.

In the suicide note an obviously depressed Madhu has conveyed that the SRM group chairman Pari Vendhar has not spoken to him for the past six months and his family too are against him suspecting that the chairman would gift him wealth because of their closeness. Further Madhan has mentioned that crores of money he collected from parents of college students promising seats in the SRM University has been handed over to the management and also all accounts of Vendhar Movies settled. He has written that dying in Kasi will end any rebirths as he does not want to be born again and that he had lived for Pari Vendhar and also wishes to die for him. Madhan`s wife and relatives have rushed to Kasi.

Vendhar Movies major film under production is Motta Siva Ketta Siva` directed by Sai Ramani and starring Raghava Lawrence, Nikki Galrani, Kovai Sarala and Sathyaraj. The entire industry is waiting with bated breath about news from Kasi about Madhan.
