Lavanya Tripathi owes a lot to her mother Kiran Tripathi. On the occasion of Mother's Day, the 'Andala Rakshasi' actress has said that her mother is her superhero!
As someone who is extremely fond of her doting mother, Lavanya says that mothers can't have just one day for them. "Mothers should be pampered and celebrated all the time," she adds, joking that she will be giving her take on fathers on Father's Day.
Money management is something the 'Arjun Suravaram' actress has learned by observing her mother, whom she calls exceedingly smart. After all, Kiran was a teacher. "I have grown up seeing her sitting with her account book at the end of every day and writing everything there," Lavanya says, revealing that they call her 'Muneem ji' (Accountant in Hindi at home).
Giving a glimpse into her mother's social background, Lavanya adds, "She was from a small town, but she made sure that we got the best possible education." Lavanya, who is currently doing 'Happy Birthday' in Telugu, loves the fact that her mother exercised her freedom of choice all her life.
'Happy Birthday', directed by Ritesh Rana of 'Mathu Vadalara' fame, co-stars Satya and others. It is a surreal action comedy set in a fictional place.
