If trade buzz is to be believed, Subhash Ghai - Abbas Mustan's '36 China Town' is supposed to have incorporated one of the MOST expensive songs ever for a Bollywood flick.

Rumored to have been budgeted at Rs. 30 million [Rs. 3 crores, which could account for the entire budget of a small film], this song is choreographed on one of the biggest sensations of 2006 - Upen Patel - who is fast climbing up the ladder of popularity. Item girl Isha Kopikar is his partner in this song that is supposed to be the major highlight of the film.
