Director Selvah is a committed director in Kollywood wielding the megaphone for three movies simultaneously.

From a humble beginning in Amaravathy, Selvah has grown in stature rendering many commercial hits. He is now directing three movie Mamu ( Sathyaraj and Sibiraj), Thotta (Jeevan) and Manikanda (Arjun). Selvah had returned recently from London after shooting a sequence featuring Sibiraj and Aparna for 10 days.

Asked how he managed to direct more than one film at a time, Selvah, says, 'a director can render justice only if he does one movie at a time. Unfortunately, due to various reasons the shooting of these films got postponed and now all are under-production. I hope things to come to an order soon'.

'Mamu will give Sibiraj the right recognition in the industry. He plays a love-lorn youth and takes on Sathyaraj, a local gangster in the movie. He has really matured as an actor'.

The highlight of Mamu is Deva and his son Srikanth Deva have both come together to score music.
