Vacation gone wrong. A woman who was vacationing in Hawaii’s Waikiki beach was bit by a giant monster eel. At first she felt a sharp wince in her feet and later life guards looking at the marks stated that it resembled an eel bite.
“I knew immediately that it was something bad, and it wasn't just like a fish nibble, so I pulled my foot into the air and there was blood everywhere,”Kristen Porter, the victim said.Porter initially thought that it was a shark attack but later the International Shark File in Florida said it wasn’t a shark.
It is worth mentioning here that eel bites are rare particulary in Kuhio beach where Kristen was vacationing as the beach is not particularly rocky. After a thorough research the fish was correctly identified as moray eel, a snake-like fish which can reach upto 13 feet in length. Word is that some even weigh more than humans.
