Goddess vs fake godmen – Lady Superstar Nayanthara’s ‘Mookuthi Amman’ trailer is here

The long-awaited trailer of ‘Mookuthi Amman’ has landed revealing the Lady Superstar Nayanthara as the goddess who takes on fake godmen with the help of a mortal played by R.J. Balaji.  The clips show the Balaji brand of witty satires and hints that the film has tread the path of boldly taking on those who misguide people in the name of god.

Nayanthara who is known for her elegant screen presence is this time divine as the goddess ‘Mookuthi Amman’ and gets the punch lines hitting the fence.  Urvashi’s presence gives more than an idea of the heavy dose of comedy and the clip ensures that there is a strong connection to the real happenings in TN today.

R.J. Balaji is directing ‘Mookuthi Amman’ along with N.J. Saravanan and like his previous film ‘LKG’ here too he has brought the current political scenario in the mix that should go down well with the younger side of the audience while Nayan would keeps the women and children engaged.  

On the whole, the ‘Mookuthi Amman’ trailer indicates that Vels Films International have yet another winner in their hands and the film starts streaming on Amazon Prime Video from Diwali day the 14th of November.
