Month-wise break-up figures of vaccine availability

Recently, the government of India said that about 216 crore vaccine doses could become available in India from August to December. This excludes foreign vaccines that could become available.

As per government sources quoted by ETimes, about 296 crore vaccine does will be available from May to December this year from all sources.
Here is the month-wise break-up of the same:
May: 8.5 crore
June: 10 crore
July: 15 crore
August: 36 crore
September: 50 crore
October: 56 crore
November: 59 crore
December: 65 crore
The above figures are said to be conservative.
By the end of this year, about 95 crore adults will be fully vaccinated in India.
Recently, an expert said that India needs to vaccinate adults as soon as possible before the third wave, which is predicted to affect children, strikes.
