Generally heroines, during their interviews with media, say that money is not important to them and they are looking for good characters. However, Tapsee doesn't want to say this. She says, 'Of course good characters are equally important with money. For me, I need good characters and at the same time, I also want money. Without money our survival would be at stake. The cinema business itself is linked with money.

One thing I wanted to clarify that I don't just accept a character exclusively for remuneration. I have some calculations. I will move accordingly.' Her film Gundello Godari is ready for release and 'Shadow' is still on sets.
