OMG! 'Mohenjo Daro' and '2012' has a striking resemblance!

Civilizations have flourished and perished and same had happened with Mohenjo Daro. For the first time on screen, complete destruction of a civilization has been shown on a big scale. The destruction scene caused by flooding at the end of the new action promo of Mohenjo Daro` is one of the most important scenes the movie will have.

What`s more surprising is that the flooding scene of Mohenjo Daro` shares a great deal of similarity with the flooding scene of the Hollywood blockbuster movie 2012`.

Mohenjo Daro` is a film that will take you into the ancient civilization of Mohenjo Daro` through its main characters Sarman` and Chaani` with a strong dose of action, romance and adventure.

While the movie, '2012' was about the annihilation of planet Earth in accordance with predictions made by the Mayan civilization.

The flooding scene in the end of the promo has become a ubiquitous topic of discussion since it has been out, as it shares an uncanny similarity with the flooding scene in the Hollywood blockbuster movie 2012`. It has also created a lot of intrigue among the audiences to know more about it.

'Mohenjo Daro' is touted to be the one of the most anticipated movies of 2016. The film is a must watch because of its unique story line, the mellifluous music given by AR Rahman, and the power packed performance of Hrithik Roshan and others. The film was recently given a U/A certificate by the Central Board of Film Certification without any prescribed visual or audio cut, which makes Mohenjo Daro a treat for family audience.

Presented by UTV Motion Pictures and Ashutosh Gowariker Productions, produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur and Sunita Gowariker, the film will release worldwide on 12th August, 2016.
