Complete actor Mohanlal is celebrating his 27th wedding anniversary today. The actor got married to Suchitra in 1988. It was around the time he was doing "Mukundetta Sumithra Vilikunnu" that he toed the wedding knot. Later, a reworked title which goes "Laletta Suchitra Vilikkunu" was often attributed to him.

The actor has went on record saying that he was not someone who remembered anniversaries but that all that has changed. The couple are enjoying a happy life at this stage with their torus abroad forming a chunk of time they spend their time together, considering Mohanlal's busy acting schedule.
