The shooting of Pranav Mohanlal's much-awaited hero debut 'Aadhi', is progressing at a brisk pace. Telugu actor Jagapati Babu who enthralled the audiences in Mohanlal's Pulimurugan essaying an antagonist avatar will be next seen in Pranav Mohanlal's Aadhi. Reportedly, the actor will be playing an antagonist role in the upcoming Jeethu Joseph directorial too. Tony Luke, who was last seen in Nivin Pauly's ‘Sakhavu’, will play also be playing the role of a baddie in ‘Aadhi’.
Touted to be a revenge thriller, Pranav Mohanlal portrays the titular character Aadhi in the movie. Produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas, Aadhi also stars Siddique, Sharafudheen, Siju Wilson, Anusree, Aditi Ravi and Lena in pivotal roles. Interestingly, Pranav doesn’t have a love interest in the film.
The team has been shooting the first portion of the action scenes choreographed by a foreign stunt choreographer in Hyderabad and has a schedule in Bengaluru and Kochi next. The shooting is expected to wrap up soon, however 'Aadhi' will hit the theatres next year only as it involves intense vfx scenes.
