The filming of actor Prithviraj's second directorial Bro Daddy starring Mohanlal in the lead role has started rolling in Hyderabad. Sharing a picture of Prithviraj sitting in front of the director’s monitor, Supriya Menon made the official announcement. "And we kicked off BroDaddy this morning! Director Sir back in front of the monitor! #BroDaddy#PrithvirajTheDirector#Action#Silence," wrote Supriya.
Meanwhile, Prithvi took to his social media page and shared a still from the location. The photo featured Prithviraj and Kalyani Priyadarshan. Both of them are dressed in formal wear. Apart from directing, Prithviraj is also playing one of the lead characters in the film. Going by the picture, it looks like they are playing a couple. Touted to be a comedy-drama, the film also has an ensemble cast of Meena, Lalu Alex, Murali Gopy, Kaniha, and Soubin Shahir. Antony Perumbavoor will produce ‘Bro Daddy’ under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas. Sreejith N and Bibin Maliyekkal penned the script of the movie. Cinematographer Abinandan Ramanujam, music director Deepak Dev and editor Akhilesh Mohanan are also associated with the movie.
