Dileep was the star who discovered July four as a lucky day for releases. Many Dileep films like Parakkum Thalika, C.I.D. Mosa, Meesa Maadhavan and even the latest Chess which were released on July 4 in the past six years had been good hits. But now Mohanlal the super star of Malluwood is also planning to takeup this date for his releases.

In 2007 Mohanlal will have a release on the same date Mohanlal is planning to release his new film with Rafi Mecatin, on the July four of 2007. The film which will be produced by Jose Thomas Shakthikulangara will be released by Dream team productions which has recenly produced the Mohanlal starrer 'Photographer'. This film, not yet titled, will be scripted by the directors themselves and will start rolling from the mid of March.
